Selfcarehoney.shop General Item Return Policy-In most cases, items shipped from can be returned within 30 days after delivery or 45 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so please make a claim with the instructions below.
1. Within 30 days of receiving the product contact selfcarehoneyshop@gmail.com with the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. The customer will need to send the order number in the e-mail.
2. After reviewing any claims, we will send information on returning the unwanted purchase via mail.
3. As soon as the item is received, a refund or re-issue of the purchased item will be sent to the customer.
Where do I send returns?

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.
